Zhihua advises individuals, professional corporations, and business owners on designing and operating their retirement plans. She collaborates with clients, TPAs, financial advisors, CPAs, and ERISA attorneys to maximize the tax and financial benefits of retirement plans.
Zhihua has extensive experience in the annual administration of both defined contribution and defined benefit plans, including traditional and cash balance plans. Her expertise encompasses annual compliance testing, minimum and maximum funding calculations, employee benefit distribution calculations, and annual reporting to the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service, and Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation.
Outside of her professional work, Zhihua volunteers for the American Academy of Actuaries.
